IT Infrastructure Support Engineer | Azure, Windows Server & Linux | Fashion Brand

The Role

You'll join a newly formed Infrastructure Support function responsible for keeping critical systems running across both on-prem and cloud environments. Reporting into the IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll act as an escalation point for the Service Desk, resolving second and third-line issues, leading small infrastructure projects, and helping modernise systems as the business continues its digital transformation.

In this hands-on role, you'll balance BAU support with project delivery, everything from migrating file servers to Azure and SharePoint, to improving automation through PowerShell or Python scripting. You'll also get exposure to AWS, Linux, and enterprise applications like the company's warehouse management platform.

    Windows Server administration

  • Experience managing
    Azure
    environments (including Entra, Logic Apps, and FSLogix)
  • Comfortable supporting
    physical servers
    and understanding hardware maintenance
  • Confident handling
    backup systems
    and ensuring data integrity across cloud and on-prem
  • Solid
    network troubleshooting
    knowledge (Meraki SD-WAN desirable)
  • Willing to join a
    1-in-3 on-call rotation
    , included in base salary
  • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
