About the role

Tribal is looking for a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and development of Tribal's Timetabling and Scheduling solutions, including our market-leading Semestry suite used by higher and further education institutions. You will play a key role in ensuring our solutions continue to deliver value to our customers by aligning product capabilities with evolving institutional needs.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define priorities, shape requirements, and deliver enhancements that support academic timetabling, scheduling, and resource management across the education sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap for Tribal Timetabling and Scheduling solutions, including Semestry and related Tribal products.
  • Collaborate with customers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Work with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction to inform continuous improvement.
  • Engage with higher education institutions and sector experts to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in product management within a software/SaaS environment (education sector experience preferred).
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, roadmap ownership, and agile delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex product lifecycles and coordinate across multi-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with timetabling, logistics, scheduling, or resource planning software is highly desirable.
  • Direct experience with systems such as Semestry, used in higher education environments, would be beneficial.

Work setup Travel to Tribal offices and customer sites will be required and will vary in frequency as needed to achieve role outcomes successfully.
