Job Description

Position –Senior Recruitment Consultant

Based – Midlands, Daventry

Salary – 25-30K

Hours – 40 Hours per week 5 days out of 7, flexibility required

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

·Day to day management of all existing clients across the Midlands region

·Day to day management of a live driver pool with numbers ranging up to 120 temporary workers

·Delivery of excellent Customer service both to internal and external clients

·Achieve and increase performance across targeted KPI's

·Excellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company budget

·Adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations both in the recruitment sector and driver working time directive

·Arrange and maintain regular client meetings and reviews with a pro-active approach.

·Up-sell to gain growth with current client base

·No out of hours on-call other than supporting the teams in peak periods and various overtime shifts

Key Qualifications / Experience

·Min 2 + years experience in the driving sector recruitment

·Previous experience on managing a recruitment desk with large blue-chip clients

·Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven

·Knowledge of drivers hours and regulations

·Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a sense of humour

·Able to work in a high pressured environment

·Full UK driving license

·True desire to be develop and offer growth within the company
