GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER

Location: Scottish Highlands

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Position: Full-time, Permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Oversee all aspects of guest relations and front of house operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop the guest services team
• Manage guest feedback and maintain exceptional service standards
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Handle VIP guests and special requests
• Create and implement guest experience initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with regular guests
• Monitor and improve service quality standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
• Problem-solving skills with a calm and professional demeanor
• Experience in handling high-profile and VIP guests
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Passion for delivering exceptional service
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


• Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Excellent command of English
• Strong IT skills
• Hospitality qualification preferred
