Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support and Application Executive located in Luton. The role involves providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of IT systems and applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, managing network administration tasks, and supporting IT operations. The role may also require assisting with software updates, system maintenance, and providing support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to quickly diagnose and resolve issues effectively
- Experience in Network Administration and managing IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of Information Technology and IT Operations, including software and hardware maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Relevant certifications or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is an asset
