Doveleigh Care Limited, are excited to be recruiting for Support Workers on a full/part time basis to join our successful residential care group in East Devon. We are hiring for Dove Lodge which is located in the lovely town of Exmouth.

  • Be a champion for person centred care, safeguarding people whilst upholding their rights and freedoms.

Your role includes:

  • Assist/support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Ensure the residents' safety and comfort at all times
  • Monitor and report on residents' health and well-being to senior staff.
  • Help with mobility and physical activities.
  • Support residents in maintaining their social interactions and activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a residential/care home is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
