Guinness Care is a not-for-profit organisation that supports adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live their best life and achieve their personal goals.
As a **Support Worker** in our **outstanding** Supported Living team, you will find that every day is different and every day you will get a genuine sense of job satisfaction, enhancing the lives of our customers.
You will be providing**high-quality, person-centred care**. This will include enabling our clients to do the things they want to in life such as **playing football in the park**, beach visits, **trips into town**, going out to watch their favourite team play or an evening out at the cinema. You will also be working on **skill development** to further independence and supporting with **everyday activities** such as personal care (toileting / washing / dressing), administering medication, financial organisation support, meal planning and nutrition advice.
**What job could be more rewarding?**
If you have worked as a support worker or carer, we would love to hear from you, however experience is not essential as provide full training and support. Applicants MUST have a genuine desire to support others.
