We are a busy and growing service centre specialising in the repair, refurbishment, and distribution of domestic vacuum cleaners & SDA . We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
The Role
We're looking for a practical, hands-on Repair & Warehouse Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing domestic vacuums, carrying out quality checks, and assisting with general warehouse duties such as goods-in, goods-out, and stock control.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on domestic vacuum cleaners
- Perform routine maintenance and refurbishment tasks
- Test repaired units for safety and performance
- Record repair details accurately in our tracking system
- Assist with warehouse operations, including unpacking deliveries, organising stock, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Keep the workshop and warehouse clean, safe, and organised
Skills & Experience
- Basic electrical knowledge and a willingness to learn more
- Previous experience in repairs, maintenance, or a similar hands-on role (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to use hand tools safely and confidently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
