Job Description:

As a Web Designer & Developer at Elite Dynamics London Limited, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualising, designing, and developing websites that are not only visually appealing but also perform seamlessly. You will work closely with clients and our internal team to bring web projects from concept to completion, combining your design and development expertise.The successful candidate will also evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

Web Designer and Developer Experience:

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, PHP, ASP.Net, and Adobe range of products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Xd and Dreamweaver.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms
  • Ability to create responsive websites
  • Plan and implement new designs.
  • Optimise existing user interface designs.
  • Test for intuition and experience
  • Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
  • Develop and conceptualise a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
  • Provide advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.

Web Designer and Developer Requirements:

  • Create visually captivating and user-friendly website designs that meet client objectives and align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and design preferences. Communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate client feedback.
  • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualise and communicate design concepts and user flows.
  • Ensure that website designs are responsive and perform optimally across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Create graphics, icons, and other visual elements that enhance the user interface and overall user experience.
  • Apply user-centred design principles and best practices to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to bring designs to life.
  • Ensure that web pages are fully responsive and optimised for performance across various devices.
  • Test and troubleshoot web applications for cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Implement and manage content using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
  • Regularly update and maintain websites to ensure security, performance, and functionality, including bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Interact with clients to ascertain, train, and implement SEO, PPC, SMO, and other web tools.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, PHP, ASP.Net, UI/UX Figma, and other Web Design and Development Technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Maintain and update existing websites to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest trends.
  • A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
