Manager, Supply Chain, International
The Supply Planning Manager at e.l.f. Cosmetics UK is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure optimal inventory levels, product availability, and efficient distribution across the UK market. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic thinking to support e.l.f.'s rapid growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive supply plans that align with sales forecasts, marketing initiatives, and business objectives Lead planning meetings with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and finance Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and historical data to optimize inventory levels and minimize excess stock Collaborate implement with global supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability for the UK market Monitor key performance indicators related to inventory health, service levels, and forecast accuracy Identify and process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs Manage relationships with distribution centers and logistics partners to ensure seamless product flow Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions and risks
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or similar supply chain roles Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and inventory management tools Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cosmetics or consumer goods industry preferred Experience working in an international supply chain environment £0 - £0 a year We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
