Role Description
NCG Information, Data and Estates Services are seeking to appoint a Service Desk Analyst to join our Business Services team.

As part of the NCG Service Desk and reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will provide excellent customer service for our staff via email and virtual support. You will be responsible for case handling for NCG services, including IT and Estates, and will provide first and second line IT support where required.

To be suitable for this role, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, and will be an enthusiastic and motivated team player. You must be able to work efficiently to tight deadlines and be able to balance a high workload with conflicting requirements. You will display a calm attitude, excellent organisational skills and approach your work with a methodical and analytical approach.

You will need experience of delivering a consistently high standard of customer service and have a track record of building positive working relationships at all levels of the organisation. You also need experience of making decisions within your own area of responsibility and working independently without close supervision.

This post is for a 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday shift pattern.
