YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Targets: Achieve New and Used car sales targets, meeting all MINI standards.

  • Sales Team Management: Lead and manage the MINI sales team of sales professionals, providing training, guidance, support and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed all objectives.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive buying experience and fostering customer loyalty.

  • Lead Generation: Manage and monitor lead generation initiatives.

  • Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously assess and improve the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on MINI product features, specifications, and updates to effectively communicate the value of the brand and its vehicles to customers.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of vehicles that meet customer demands while avoiding overstocking.

  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to enhance the customer experience.

  • Price and Incentive Management: Manage pricing strategies and incentives to remain competitive and attractive to customers.

  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the automotive industry.

  • Team Motivation: Drive a positive and high-performance culture within the sales team, motivating them to achieve and exceed targets, reviewing and tracking employee regularly monthly.
