Overview:

Compass Associates is excited to be collaborating alongside one of the UK's leading specialist care and education providers across Adults, Children, Education and Health divisions. Their services support people with a variety of complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, acquired brain injuries, and physical challenges.

Together, we are looking for a SENCO to join their brand new Specialist SEMH School near Warrington, Cheshire. You will be responsible for coordinating daily SEND support and provision to pupils, liaising with parents and external agencies, managing resources, and advocating for students.

Work Pattern:

Full time, term-time only, Monday – Friday.

Location:

This brand new school will be based near Warrington, Cheshire, and is commutable from Chester, Winsford, Wrexham, Birkenhead and other surrounding towns.

Criteria:

  • Accredited SENDCo qualification
  • Hold QTS or QTLS
  • Passionate about education and inclusion
  • Leadership experience
  • Able to manage SEND provision with the Headteacher

Salary and Benefits:

This SENCO role is paying up to £50,000 per annum depending on experiences and includes an impressive benefit package:
