directly with our CTO
as a strategic partner, problem-solver, and execution driver, turning big ideas into real-world impact.

What You'll Do

  • Translate strategy into action and lead cross-functional projects across engineering, digital, and commercial teams.
  • Prepare board reports, business cases, and executive-level presentations.
  • Drive operational improvements: workflows, processes, reporting, and communication.
  • Coordinate strategic programmes: automation, systems, capability development, and change.
  • Act as a
    force-multiplier for the CTO
    , clearing bottlenecks and enabling execution.

What We're Looking For

  • MBA or top-tier consulting / strategy / operations background.
  • 4–6 years' experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or consulting.
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong financial/operational modelling skills.
  • Excellent communicator with concise, high-quality writing and presentation skills.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable with pace and ambiguity.
