Role:
Senior Liability Adjuster – Home-based (Covering Southeast England or Leeds area)

Purpose:

  • Manage and investigate complex liability claims (EL, PL, Product Liability, CAR) independently.
  • Deliver high-quality field investigations, reporting and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits, interviews, and evidence gathering.
  • Assess liability, causation, quantum, and policy coverage.
  • Produce clear, detailed technical reports.
  • Manage caseload to SLA, KPI and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
  • Act as key client contact; attend reviews/meetings and represent at industry events.
  • Mentor junior adjusters and support QA/audit and technical development.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven senior liability adjusting experience, handling complex claims.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EL, PL and Product Liability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and report writing.
  • Experienced in client relationship management and independent decision-making.
