Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable Support Operative to assist our certified technicians with kitchen extraction cleaning, grease trap maintenance, and general commercial cleaning. This role is ideal for someone looking for long-term employment and the opportunity to develop skills in TR19-compliant kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities


• Assist lead technicians with canopy, duct, and fan cleaning.


• Perform grease trap maintenance under supervision.


• Clean high-contact surfaces and kitchen areas as required.


• Help document work with photos and basic reports.


• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Requirements


• Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred.


• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.


• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or early mornings.
