Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting families? We are looking for a proactive and skilled Team Coordinator to join our Family Time Service. This is a pivotal role that supports the smooth running of the service, ensuring accurate record-keeping, informed decision-making, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all record-keeping.

  • Analyse and interpret complex data to provide clear, informed advice to decision-makers.

  • Demonstrate excellent numeracy and literacy skills.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, communicating effectively with colleagues and service users at all levels.

  • Explain technical and procedural information in plain, accessible language.

  • Manage time effectively, prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines.

  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to support service delivery.

  • Use ICT systems confidently, with proficient keyboard skills.

  • Understand and apply financial processes relevant to the role.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and dynamic team.

  • Handle confidential information responsibly, in line with Data Protection regulations.

  • Maintain awareness of safeguarding policies and procedures, particularly in relation to children.
