Job Type: Full time Permanent
Hours: The hours of work are 37.5 per week.
Holiday: 30 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays
Salary: The salary for this role is £25,000 to £28,000
We're looking for a Client Onboarding and Compliance Coordinator to take responsibility for key client processes, including onboarding, company secretarial tasks and managing essential workflow activity. You'll work closely with clients, directors and managers to ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time. Some tasks may be new, but if you're confident with IT, communicate well and enjoy seeing tasks through, we'll provide full training.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a busy office environment
- Communicates clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Is confident using IT systems and quick to learn new software
- Has strong organisation and attention to detail
- Can manage deadlines and work across multiple tasks
- Has experience in accountancy or legal administration (useful but not essential)
- Should be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who copes well under pressure and works effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating required information and assisting clients through the onboarding steps
- Preparing and issuing engagement letters and monitoring their return
- Supporting company secretarial administration and maintaining statutory records
- Providing broader administrative support to the practice when required
- Producing accounts documents, schedules and letters to be sent to clients, working to strict deadlines
