Content Creator
who can bring our brand to life
every single day
through compelling, high-quality content and help us grow a thriving online community.

This isn't a role for someone who just "knows how to use Canva" or posts memes. We want a
strategic storyteller
who's just as comfortable behind the camera as they are leading content planning, community thinking, and ideation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Shoot and edit
    scroll-stopping short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) that showcases our products, personality, and purpose.
  • Own the content calendar
    : You'll plan, produce and schedule weekly content across our channels that drives views, engagement and connection.
  • Craft storytelling-led campaigns
    that feel native, community-driven, and unmistakably Boot Buddy.
  • Be the
    bridge between the brand and our community
    – sparking conversations, listening to feedback, and building trust with every post.
  • Bring
    bold, guerrilla-style content ideas
    to the table – think founder stories, unfiltered behind-the-scenes, IRL product demos, challenges and culture-led moments.
  • Work closely with our internal team to support wider campaigns, brand collaborations, and marketing efforts with content that moves the needle.

  • Bonus points if you've created for e-comm/D2C brands or can show tangible growth you've driven via content.
