Role Overview:

As a Provisioning Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of broadband and VoIP services to new and existing customers. Acting as the bridge between our sales, technical, and customer service teams, you will coordinate all aspects of service provisioning from order intake to activation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage broadband and VoIP service orders from initiation through to completion.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers (e.g., Openreach, wholesalers), and internal teams to coordinate installation dates, service activations, and any necessary follow-ups.
  • Monitor provisioning queues and update CRM and order management systems with real-time progress.
  • Resolve provisioning issues, delays, or faults quickly and efficiently, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all provisioning tasks are completed within agreed SLAs and to high quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding their service timelines, technical requirements, and any updates or changes.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient with CRM and provisioning systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a provisioning or coordination role within a telecoms or ISP environment.
  • Understanding of broadband technologies (ADSL, FTTC, FTTP) and VoIP solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry tools and portals.
  • Experience working with SIP trunks, hosted VoIP platforms, or cloud-based PBX systems.
  • Knowledge of number porting procedures in the UK.
