Overview of the role:

The Project Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth, compliant and efficient delivery of projects within Delkia's Production team. The role focuses on ensuring that documentation, materials, work packs and records required for production are controlled, accurate and available at the right time.

You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Project Delivery teams to enable the successful build and delivery of safety and mission critical systems, equipment and products – ensuring strong traceability, good documentation discipline and alignment with industry expectations.

This is a support and enablement role, designed to help the Production team operate efficiently, stay organised and maintain the high level of governance expected in the sectors.

What you'll be responsible for:

Production Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate and prepare production work packs, ensuring that drawings, instructions and supporting information are current, approved and accessible.
  • Support the Production Manager with scheduling and work prioritisation to meet project milestones.
  • Track progress of production activities, raising risks, blockers or material/document gaps early.
  • Help onboard new team members into project documentation and production processes.

Documentation & Configuration Control

  • Maintain strong document control for production records, ensuring accurate version control and traceability.
  • Make sure key documentation follows Delkia templates, processes and naming conventions.
  • Support the issue, updating and return of controlled documents including drawings, ECNs, work instructions and change notes.
  • Help ensure the correct records are captured for Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) and customer deliverables.

Material & Product Traceability

  • Maintain tracking of quality-grade materials, components and products used in builds – including heat numbers, serial numbers and batch traceability.
  • Ensure material and product data is captured and stored correctly for future customer packs and audits.
  • Support procurement and goods receipting activities, ensuring documentation requested from suppliers is received and filed.
  • Help collate material and manufacturing records into final product quality or customer acceptance packs.

Project & Production Administration

  • Provide administrative support including trackers, status reporting, RAID logs, action logs and resource planning.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings – preparing agendas, minutes and action follow-up.
  • Support reporting for internal governance and client updates.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Help ensure Production activities align to Delkia's processes, expectations and relevant standards.
  • Support internal reviews, audits and lessons learned activities.
  • Suggest improvements to documentation, material flow and production coordination processes.
  • Promote a positive, team-focused approach to governance and compliance – making it easier, not harder, to do things right.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in production coordination, project support, documentation or admin within a technical environments.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and good record-keeping habits.
  • Confident communicator who can work with multiple teams and keep things moving.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Teams, SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in nuclear, defence, aerospace or other regulated environments.
  • Understanding of traceability, configuration control or quality records.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and nuclear expectations related to documentation and record keeping.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP or production planning systems.
