We have an incredible opportunity for an
Assistant Asset Manager
to join our team. As an
Assistant Asset Manager
, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and driving portfolio performance. Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, you'll collaborate across internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality service—making clients feel like they have an in-house portfolio manager.

This is a dynamic role where you'll:

  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Conduct property/site visits and advise on valuations
  • Perform bi-annual ERV reviews to maximise returns
  • Respond to lettings offers and convert them into reservations
  • Spot opportunities to upsell services and achieve KPIs
  • Onboard new property portfolios and ensure system accuracy
  • Oversee compliance and operational processes
  • Support reporting and performance tracking
  • Mentor junior team members and assist the Head of Asset Management

What you need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing lettings/AST portfolios
  • Proven track record in the lettings industry
  • ARLA qualification (preferred)
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
