  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine desire to become a part of our amazing team and provide outstanding care for our patients
  • ability to work well within a team as well as individually
  • be hard working, compassionate and have a passion to care for our client group.

the trust will always provide opportunities and support for your future career pathway and development.

whilst the registered nurse retains accountability for the care delivered by the HCA, the post holder is responsible for their own practise, working within the defined limits of competence and within the scope of the role.
