The Role

Inspire your team, and create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You'll be hands-on with planning activities, building strong bonds with families, and making your room the best it can be.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture your team, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based activities that support children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, sharing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Keep up to date with best practices in early childhood education.

You'll need:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator (or equivalent)
  • Experience in early years or childcare
  • Confidence to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • A genuine passion for working with children
