We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership and strong project management for multiple complex healthcare construction projects.

Overview of Position Responsibilities
- Lead multiple project and oversee strategic project execution
- Guide preconstruction and estimating across multiple projects
- Develop and maintain key client relationships
- Monitor project performance, profitability, and team development
- Provide mentorship and strategic direction to project teams
- Drive business development and future opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- 6-8 years construction experience with 5+ years in healthcare
- Proven success managing multiple projects and teams
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Expert knowledge of AIA contracts and GMP structures
- Certifications preferred: ASHE CHC, OSHA 30, PMP, LEED AP
- Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
