Role Overview
They're currently looking for a Key Account Manager to cover the Greater London region. This hybrid role offers home-based flexibility and the chance to build long-term relationships with key customers. You'll be working closely with dental practices to understand their clinical and operational needs, delivering tailored solutions that improve daily workflows and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow relationships with key customers.
• Identify commercial opportunities across existing accounts.
• Develop business plans and analyse account performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery.
• Stay close to customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience in Key Account Management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of commercial customer service.
• Comfortable working hybrid and independently.
•
Background in the dental or healthcare market (essential).
• Degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
