We are an award-winning, modern, forward-thinking private dental practice located in the heart of Manchester city centre with a second clinic located in Hale Barns. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, providing a combination of high-quality cosmetic, specialist and general dentistry within a warm and welcoming environment.

We are now looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team and elevate our online presence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, self-driven individual who can design, produce and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in showcasing our treatments, culture, patient experiences and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, create and publish high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms

● Film and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) featuring treatments, team moments, patient journeys* and educational content

● Capture photos and behind-the-scenes footage within the practice

● Develop monthly content calendars aligned with the brand strategy

● Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages and monitor social activity

● Track performance metrics and recommend ways to improve engagement and reach

● Work closely with clinical and reception teams to highlight daily practice life

● Ensure all content adheres to dental industry regulations and patient consent requirements

Skills & Experience

● Proven experience in social media content creation (portfolio required)

● Strong photography and videography skills

● Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Lightroom, Canva, etc.

● Excellent understanding of social trends, algorithms, and short-form content

● Confident working in a clinical environment and interacting with patients and fellow team members

● Creative eye for branding and storytelling

● Highly organised with the ability to work independently
