We are seeking an experienced and passionate Level 2 or 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner for children aged 2 to 4 years. We are looking for someone who has the kindest most nurturing mannerisms, who has a clear passion for young children and their development within early years.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have a 3 childcare diploma or qualification

* Have sound knowledge of Safeguarding

* A high degree of integrity and empathy when dealing with children.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

* Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.

* A positive attitude, confident and approachable.

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and to be able to act as a role model within every aspect of the team.

Little Wing's Big Dreams are seeking a full time member of staff offering a long-term contract.

We are seeking an experienced Early Year's Educator who has good knowledge of the EYFS and Development Matters Framework.

The successful candidate should be passionate about providing high-quality early years activities for children to learn, develop and thrive. They need to be highly motivated and enjoy working with babies and young children to strive to make a difference.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a diverse community setting, supporting children and their families to learn and grow together. We are looking for a team player that can enhance the culture of our nursery by bringing new and innovative ideas to the development of the early year's age range.

The job role will involve meeting and greeting families, forming good relationships with them and actively supporting early home learning. The lead practitioner will be a Safeguarding Officer and Fire Marshall with additional responsibilities to over see the room they work in and Nursery policies and procedures as per their roles and responsibilities.

Creating and monitoring a range of play-based learning activities as part of the organisations curriculum to deliver to the children in small groups or independently helping to set them achievable targets.

We provide regular reflective supervisions, continued professional development opportunities and excellent opportunities to grow and develop and highly encourage in-house development.
