Packaging Line Leader

The Packaging Line Leader is responsible for leading day-to-day performance of packaging lines, maintains operating standards, drives continuous improvement, and supports shift management. Working hours are 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations aligned with internal procedures and GMP/GDP.
  • Maintain and update standard work documents and verify adherence.
  • Monitor KPIs, lead performance reviews, and drive action plans.
  • Lead problem-solving for quality, technical, and performance issues.
  • Provide operator performance feedback and support training needs.
  • Coordinate response to line issues, escalate as needed, and ensure cross-shift alignment.
  • Run the line or support projects when required.
