About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and collaborative Project Manager to join our IT Operations PMO team. In this role, you will lead a variety of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This role will work alongside a number of different teams across the global Operations team and is directly responsible for the delivery of assigned projects within acceptable time frames and quality standards across numerous projects with varying complexity, including non-complex projects. The Project Manager will manage all phases of the project through the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
  • Tracking project performance and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Facilitating meetings and ensuring clear communication across teams.
  • Identifying and resolving project risks and issues.
  • Recommending improvements to project processes and tools.

Experience

  • Have good experience managing IT or business projects.
  • Possess strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Visio).
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
