About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the change management strategy for a major SAP ERP S/4HANA implementation within a local authority environment. This is a pivotal role ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organisation, driving stakeholder engagement, and minimising disruption during transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive
change management plan
aligned with SAP S/4HANA implementation milestones. - Engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure clear communication and buy-in.
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities.
- Design and deliver training and support programs for end-users.
- Monitor and report on change adoption, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a
Change Manager
on large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA. - Strong background working within
local authorities or public sector organizations
, with an understanding of governance and compliance requirements. - Hands-on experience with
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
and related business transformation. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with
Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management methodologies
. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
