About the Role:

Netcom Training, one of the UK's leading providers of digital skills training, is looking for a driven and people-focused
Enrolment Advisor
to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships and helping others achieve their goals. You'll be speaking with potential learners over the phone, guiding them through the enrolment process, and supporting them as they begin their digital learning journey.

With full training, uncapped commission, and clear progression routes, this role offers a genuine opportunity to build a rewarding and successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential learners via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide information and advice about Netcom Training's digital courses
  • Guide learners through the full enrolment process from enquiry to registration
  • Build strong relationships and deliver a first-class learner experience
  • Work to achievable targets with excellent earning potential

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Driven and target-oriented, with a genuine passion for helping people
  • Comfortable engaging with learners over the phone and building rapport quickly
  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or enrolment is beneficial but not essential
