Job Description
Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.
Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte
Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where And How You Can Work
Alongside our global campuses, we also collaborate with talented contractors from all over the world to help us achieve our crazy big goals. While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role we're focusing on London so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.

This role is a 6-Month contract, working full-time hours.

What You'd Be Doing In This Role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

We are looking for a Brand Producer to join Canva on a 6-month contract. In this role, you'll support the production and delivery of marketing campaigns, and always-on social content from intake through completion, setting and maintaining timelines, managing expectations with internal clients, and being the 'glue' that connects our creative, production and client stakeholders across the course of the project.

You're a stickler for process, incredibly organised and a great communicator with a bias for effective and efficient problem-solving. You will be part of the Canva Creative Team and work with many other teams at Canva (Marketing, Product, Partnerships etc.). You will help raise awareness of the team's work and engagement model and foster collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders.

This role is London-based and requires regular office attendance due to the nature of social content shoots.

At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On

  • Manage always-on social content from creative production through delivery
  • Help manage relationships with key production vendors to ensure they're on budget and execution is flawless (e.g. assets are built to spec)
  • Be a highly tactical operator, detail-oriented with a passion for project management, creative development and client liaison.
  • Be proactive in finding opportunities to improve and build on processes and systems to help mobilise a fast-growing, global team
  • Manage the intake of project requests through maintenance and ongoing management of the project & team resource management system
  • Works with Operations Lead, Marketing & Creative Leads to prioritise projects and determine appropriate resourcing solutions

You're probably a match if

  • You have experience in marketing production at creative agencies or production companies
  • You're confident managing timelines, deliverables, and creative workflows
  • You've worked with project and resourcing tools like , Jira, and Slack
  • You're a cross-functional doer who thrives in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments
  • You have bias for action and can take in new inputs while confidently guiding teams forward
  • You have solid organisation and people skills, with the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work in a rapidly changing environment
  • You're self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once

As a Producer, you will be responsible for the creative production workflow with Production Studio, within the Creative Group. You will have incredible organisational and people skills with the ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work in a rapidly changing environment. You get excited about creative production, managing production teams, working with external production partners setting up timelines and budgets, and love managing internal client relationships. Most of all you're a great listener who cares deeply about creating a culture of creativity to help the team thrive.
