, you will lead the design, delivery, and performance of our social investment activity, helping ambitious social enterprises access the capital and support they need to grow their impact.

About the Role
This is a senior appointment and a key member of the Firstport Leadership Team. You will provide strategic, operational, and managerial oversight of all repayable investment programmes across the Firstport Group, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and impact.
You will guide and support a talented Investment Team and ensure that our investment programmes are underpinned by robust financial management, governance, and risk frameworks. You will also hold key relationships with co-investors, programme partners, and funders.

We are looking for an experienced professional who combines financial acumen with a passion for social impact. You will be comfortable working at both strategic
and operational levels, capable of steering complex investment programmes while empowering your team to deliver high-quality, client-centric work.
