Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage end-to-end operation of benefits programmes.
  • Act as escalation point for benefit inquiries and resolve Tier 2 issues.
  • Document processes and create training materials.
  • Implement new benefits and streamline existing processes.
  • Administer benefit eligibility, enrolments, and claims management.
  • Collaborate with various teams and vendors for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance and governance of total rewards programmes.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience)

  • In-depth benefits administration experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and regional employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
