Your Role
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Building Surveying and Project Management services, while helping to grow and inspire a talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a wide range of Building Surveying and Project Management duties across sectors.
Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring top-tier service and project success.
Lead and mentor junior surveyors, supporting their APC journey and professional development.
Undertake surveys, inspections, defect analyses, and due diligence reports.
Oversee smaller projects from concept to completion, including contract administration (JCT/NEC).
Support business development initiatives, bids, and framework management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all projects.
Requirements:
BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited).
MRICS qualified with proven post-chartership experience.
Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Familiarity with BIM systems and modern surveying technologies.
