Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Consultant role located in Bromley. The Delivery Consultant will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, engaging with clients, and managing the hiring process to deliver exceptional talent solutions. Additionally, the role involves consulting with clients to understand their talent needs, preparing and training candidates, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying suitable talent
  • Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively
  • A focus on building long-term professional relationships
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Previous experience in the renewable energy sector or staffing industry is a plus
