Role Description

The Senior Design and Project Engineer will oversee design and engineering projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with project requirements. Responsibilities include project planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing engineering tasks, and efficiently managing resources to meet deadlines. The role also requires providing technical guidance and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. This is a full-time role to support the Head of Engineering, with a primary location in Abingdon-On-Thames. .

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Project Management, Project Engineering, and Project Planning
  • Proficiency in composites Engineering principles and applications
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
  • Ability to lead and execute projects effectively, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Relevant engineering degree preferred
  • Familiarity with catia CAD tools and advanced technologies used in prototyping is an advantage
  • Familiarity with detailed automotive architecture an advantage.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovative engineering solutions
