Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior UX/UI Designer
to lead the design of complex workflows, create end-to-end product solutions, and elevate the overall craft quality of our Landmark applications. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who thrives in technical environments and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design
    for major workflows and product areas, ensuring exceptional usability, clarity, and consistency.
  • Translate
    business and technical requirements
    into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
  • Apply and evolve the
    Landmark design system
    , contributing new patterns where appropriate.
  • Create detailed
    user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
    .
  • Collaborate closely with
    product managers and engineers
    to align requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct
    user validation and usability testing
    , iterating on designs based on insights and feedback.
  • Participate in
    design reviews
    , providing and receiving constructive critique to refine solutions.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of
    professional UX/UI design experience
    .
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    enterprise or technical product design
    .
  • Mastery in
    interaction design, visual design
    , and foundational knowledge of UX research methods.
  • Proficient in
    Figma
    and modern
    prototyping tools
    .
  • Comfortable collaborating in
    Agile engineering environments
    (experience with Angular/React is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience contributing to or managing a
    design system
    .
  • Background in
    energy, engineering, or industrial
    domains.
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
