The Role
As a successful candidate, you will be expected to work on a full-time basis in their EYFS class.
The Head Teacher is looking for someone with prior knowledge or experience working within a Primary School or Nursery Setting. You must bring a nurturing and calm environment to the classroom to ensure the children feel safe.
You will be expected to:
- Use your initiative to adapt activities to meet the needs of the children.
- Have high expectations for the individual to succeed.
- Have Phonics knowledge.
- Create a safe environment for the pupil to learn at their own pace.
- Manage and support the child's needs.
- Be adaptable with the learning opportunities.
