12 Month Fixed Term Contract:

As Internal Communications Business Partner for Global IT, you'll partner with senior leaders—including the Head of the Office of the CIO—to design and deliver a powerful communications strategy and plan for a team of 400 colleagues worldwide, within a business of 25,000 people.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead Strategic and Operational Communications: Shape and deliver impactful internal communications for the Global IT team, aligning with the vision of the Office of the CIO.
- Create Engaging Experiences: Design and execute webinars, conferences, newsletters, and events that connect and inspire colleagues across multiple locations.
- Drive Clarity and Visibility: Ensure timely, transparent messaging that highlights priorities, progress, and successes—building strong leadership presence.
- Turn Strategy into Stories: Translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with IT professionals worldwide.
- Collaborate for Impact: Partner with global communications teams and business stakeholders to amplify messages and maintain alignment with the wider agenda.
- Deliver with Excellence: Lead projects at pace, managing tight timelines and diverse inputs to produce coherent, high-quality communications.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bring your expertise in shaping strategic internal communications for dynamic, global organizations and influencing at Executive level.
- Thrive on building strong partnerships and guiding senior leaders, using your ability to influence and inspire across complex, multinational environments.
- Make an impact through change communication and engagement, helping teams navigate transformation with clarity and confidence.
- Draw on your senior-level internal communications experience to deliver strategies that resonate and drive results.
- Use your strategic thinking and storytelling skills to turn business priorities into clear, compelling messages that connect with diverse audiences.
