Your role in our team:
  • You will line manage the technical instructors, providing clear objectives, regular performance review and support for professional development.
  • Co-ordinate training schedules, resources and staff deployment to ensure efficiency and high-quality learner experience.
  • Monitor learning progress, outcomes and satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding; health and safety; equality, diversity and inclusion policies.
  • Work with the team to design and update Apprenticeship training.
  • Keep up to date with industry and technical developments.
Your profile:
  • Experience of delivering high-quality training and assessing learning progress.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Industry recognised technical qualification at Level 3 or above
  • GCSE(or equivalent) English and Maths at Level 2 or above
  • Willingness to undertake a Level 4 teaching qualification within 3 years (If not already held)
  • Strong IT skills (MS excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Undertanding of safeguarding and its application in training environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexibly.
  • Current full driving licence and the ability to travel in UK and Europe.
