Edinburgh, Edinburgh, United Kingdom Laura Bond Jewellery Full time

Based in our Edinburgh HQ (yes, right in the heart of the city), you'll get stuck into every corner of our online world, from perfecting the customer experience to keeping our sparkly stock in check.

It's a hands-on role for someone who loves getting things done and isn't afraid to dive right in.

Who are we?

Founded in 2019 by our resident jewellery (and piercings) addict, Laura, we've gone from kitchen-table sketches to a flagship store and piercing studio in the heart of Edinburgh.

We're here to shake up the world of fine jewellery, blending luxury with a little rebellion, and turning the traditional piercing experience into something seriously special.

Our pieces are made to be worn, loved and lived in. Timeless designs with a modern edge that feel as good as they look.

We're big believers in kindness and respect - whether you're part of the team or sitting in the piercing chair, you'll always feel welcome here.

Jewellery is personal. It tells your story, your style, your vibe - and we love being part of that.

It's an exciting time to join us and make your mark on a growing brand with big plans (and even bigger dreams).

So, what will you be doing?

You'll be part of our head office team in Edinburgh, helping to keep the online side of things running smoothly. From updating the website and uploading new products to writing snappy copy that makes people add to cart, you'll have a hand in it all.

A big part of your day will be connecting with our lovely customers, replying to queries, solving problems, and making sure every interaction feels warm and genuine.

You'll be the friendly face (or inbox voice) of Laura Bond, helping customers feel seen, supported, and a little bit sparkly.

You'll also help keep our stock looking sharp (and accurate) across the business, making sure every piece is right where it should be.

This is a full-time, office-based role. 35 hours a week in our Edinburgh HQ.

Who we're looking for

This job's perfect for someone at the start of their e-commerce journey, curious, switched-on, and ready to learn. If fashion and online retail get you excited (and you've got a soft spot for jewellery), you'll fit right in.

Experience with Shopify is a big plus, but not a dealbreaker, same goes for any time you've spent around digital retail platforms.

You'll need a great eye for detail, confidence chatting online with customers (because you'll be doing plenty of it), and a knack for juggling small projects without breaking a sweat. Bonus points if you love collaborating - we're a tight-knit team who genuinely enjoy what we do.

What you'll be doing

You'll be right at the heart of the action, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes (and making sure every customer order leaves us looking as good as it should).

• Pack with care – wrap, pack, and prep every order so it's ready to sparkle the moment it arrives.

• Keep things moving – organise outgoing mail and make sure everything's ready for collection during the week.

• Sort returns and replacements – handle customer returns quickly, kindly, and professionally.

• Stay on top of stock –

o Help with regular stock takes and weekly restocks.

o Keep drawers and displays looking dreamy.

o Make sure online and in-store stock levels match up.

o Book in new deliveries and help plan what we'll need next.

• Shipping – use Royal Mail and DHL platforms to manage and track outgoing orders.

• Customer care – reply to queries across email, DMs, and comments with warmth and personality (no copy-paste replies here).

• Piercing platform bookings – manage our Setmore booking system, keeping appointments and team schedules up to date.

• Reviews – monitor and respond to customer reviews on and Trustpilot in a tone that's friendly, professional, and very us.

• Organisation of office supplies – keep packaging and office supplies stocked so we never run out mid-wrap.

• Always improving – spot ways we can make things run smoother in the boutique or office and shout about them.

At Laura Bond, no two days are the same and that's just how we like it. You'll be part of a small, passionate team where ideas are heard, creativity is encouraged, and everyone chips in to make magic happen.

You'll get to work surrounded by beautiful things, and you'll see first-hand how a growing luxury brand runs from the inside.

We believe in kindness, respect, and celebrating individuality, whether that's through a perfectly curated ear stack or the way we show up for each other every day.

If you're looking for a role where you can learn loads, grow fast, and help shape something special, this is your moment.

What's in it for you

• Competitive salary – £25,000

• Generous staff discount

• Jewellery uniform

• Generous and flexible holiday allowance

• The chance to join a young, exciting fashion brand with heaps of opportunities to grow, learn and make your mark
