We have a very exciting opportunity for a FULL TIME and A PART TIME RECEPTIONIST.

You will be required to work FIVE ( PART TIME IS THREE) shifts per week on early, late and middle shifts, including weekends. There will be NO set shift days. It will vary each week. You must be happy to work weekends and be flexible in your approach. Early shifts are 7 am to 3 pm . Late shifts are 3 pm to finish ( approx 11.30 pm), and Middle shifts are 10-6 pm or 12-8 pm, but can vary

As the initial point of contact for our guests, it is crucial that you possess exceptional customer service skills and exude confidence. Your responsibilities will include interacting with guests both in person and over the 'phone, managing room reservations, scheduling restaurant bookings, facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, and preparing financial accounts. This dynamic role presents a variety of tasks, ensuring that each day offers unique challenges.

You will preferably have previous experience of hotel reception, but most of all you will have excellent communication skills and be confident in dealing with people and a CAN DO attitude.
