What you'll do:

• Welcome guests, customers, and students to our prestigious university.
• Ensure that you deliver 5-star customer service at all times
• Assistance for workplace training, inductions, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
• Display adaptability and assist the team with any tasks or projects they require assistance with

What you bring:

• Excellent team spirit and outstanding communication skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a benefit, however a can-do attitude and 100% customer focus will tick the box.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
• Champion for safety and health procedures
• A desire, if you're interested, to develop and advance your career

**Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks.
