Role & Responsibilities:

• Processing orders using shopify and sage software
• Picking and packing of customer orders
• Filling and labelling of products
• Stock management and control
• Warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Overseeing the day to day running of the warehouse and the warehouse team
• Making sure that standard operating procedure are effectively and managing the workflow in the warehouse to make sure that all deadlines are delivery dates are met
• Responsible for the health and safety of the warehouse and the team members, including completing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually safety checks inline with company policies.
• Day to day maintenance around the warehouse in order to keep everything in working order, where jobs are larger than ones that you can complete working with wider maintenance team from the group to make sure issues are addressed and completed in timely fashion
• Carrying out frequent stock checks and reporting to directors on any issues that arise with stock. Minium of monthly stock takes however more frequent stock takes may be required for certain ranges of products or packaging.
• Maximising efficiency as the business grows to make sure material and staff costs are kept to a minimum.
• Forecasting stock and packaging requirements and placing orders with suppliers in order to make sure we always have stock of all products.
• Completing weekly checks to make sure that we maintain PAR levels of all stock
• Responsible for making sure we always have PAR levels of all retail stock items built and available to sell both online and to accounts.
• Using sage to process orders from accounts and online orders
• Processing daily on sage of any stock transfers, kits that have been built, orders processed and dispatched, new stock that has arrived.
• Making sure all PO are inputted onto sage and arrived as the purchase arrives at the warehouse
• Compiling shipping paperwork for orders placed outside of the UK
• Responsible for daily set up of the clean room, preparing the tools needed in the mixing
• All warehouse duties, including packing of orders to a high standard in line with our brand guideline
• Filling and dispensing of bulk orders, batch coding and labelling
• Unloading of bulk deliveries from pallets
• Palletizing, wrapping, labelling and attaching batch codes
• Ensure all products are packaged correctly with any defects/faults/damage immediately reported
• Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse, office, clean room and kitchen.
• All other duties as required
