We're working with a leading professional services firm to appoint a
Transfer Pricing Senior Manager
within their dynamic team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Transfer Pricing professional who enjoys the balance of strategic advisory work (around 70%) and complex compliance projects (around 30%) across a
broad range of clients, including both Financial Services and non-Financial Services sectors.

You'll be joining a collaborative and fast-growing team that offers genuine career development and strong partner access.

About the Team

The Transfer Pricing team works across diverse industries and complex international structures, supporting clients with advisory, planning, documentation, and dispute resolution. You'll work closely with the UK Head of Transfer Pricing and the Transfer Pricing Director, gaining direct exposure to high-value and complex projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and managing a portfolio of Transfer Pricing advisory and compliance projects across multiple sectors (Financial Services and non-FS).
  • Designing and reviewing transfer pricing policies for various transaction types (goods, services, IP, financing).
  • Managing and reviewing documentation and benchmarking studies (Master Files, Local Files, CbCR).
  • Advising on implementation, testing, and governance of TP policies.
  • Supporting APA/MAP and dispute resolution engagements.
  • Collaborating with wider Tax, Audit, and Advisory teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members while managing deliverables, client deadlines, and WIP.

Must-Have

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK Transfer Pricing experience.
  • A solid background in Transfer Pricing advisory (minimum 70% advisory mix preferred).
  • Broad sector experience across both Financial Services and non-Financial Services clients.
  • If currently a Manager, at least 2–3 years' experience at Manager level and ready to step up.
  • If already a Senior Manager, at least 1 year of experience at SM level.
  • Strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and relationship-building skills.
