Role Overview

Omoda & Jaecoo is seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Survey Specialist
to manage, develop, and execute all customer survey activity across our fast-growing brand portfolio. This crucial role will be responsible for gathering actionable customer insights across the entire ownership and purchasing journey, directly informing business strategy and supporting our continued, rapid market growth.

The successful candidate will be the internal
expert in customer feedback methodology
and will be expected to deliver high-quality, ad-hoc reporting and strategic analysis to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Survey Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage the deployment of all core customer surveys, including
    Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
    ,
    Test Drive
    feedback, and
    Future Model Input and Feedback
    surveys.
  • Ensure all survey instruments are methodologically sound, deliver high-quality data, and align with brand strategic objectives.
  • Manage the relationship with any external survey platforms or agencies, ensuring data integrity and timely execution.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Conduct
    ad-hoc reporting
    and in-depth analysis of survey data to identify key trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and
    actionable insights
    for various departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Dealer Operations).
  • Present findings to senior management with strategic recommendations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Brand Managers, Marketing Teams, and Dealer Development to define research objectives and tailor survey instruments to specific business needs.
  • Support offsite activities, such as dealer visits or customer events, to gather real-time feedback and deepen understanding of the customer experience.

Data Integrity & Compliance:

  • Maintain strict adherence to data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.
  • Continuously review and optimise survey methodologies for improved response rates and data quality.

Requirements:

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven Survey Expertise:
    Demonstrable proof of working on similar, large-scale survey projects, ideally within a multi-brand environment.
  • Industry Experience:
    Minimum of
    1-3 years experience
    in a dedicated research, insight, or survey role, with experience within the
    automotive
    sector or a closely related premium/consumer goods industry highly desirable.
  • Analytical Proficiency:
    Expert-level skills in survey design, data analysis, and statistical reporting. Proficiency with leading survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey Enterprise) and advanced Excel/statistical packages is required.
  • Communication & Presentation:
    Exceptional ability to communicate research objectives, methodologies, and findings clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-Management:
    Highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
