Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Specialist, located in West Hampstead. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide tailored product recommendations, and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing. The role involves building strong customer relationships, site surveying and coordinating closely with the installation team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, demonstrating expertise in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Knowledge of the flooring or luxury interior design market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
