Sales Development Representative

We are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative on behalf of a long-established technology company with an international footprint and a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and people-centred values.

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representatives to support new business growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Proactively engage potential customers through outbound outreach
  • Qualify leads and generate interest in the company's software solutions
  • Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Research prospects and identify new business opportunities
  • Support sales activities at online or in-person events where required
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth customer journey

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding customer needs, and contributing to the growth of a successful and forward-thinking technology organisation.

Preferred Experience (Not Essential)

  • 1–5 years' experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Experience in software or technology sales
  • Confidence engaging prospects via phone, email, and social platforms
